At North Sails, we are committed to ensuring you have the right gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund or exchange status.
